SAN DIEGO-Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group has completed the first phase of the San Diego County Operations Center and Annex redevelopment, a $188.5 million project in Kearny Mesa. The County Operations Center, which sits on a 38-acre land on Overland Avenue, is under development in three phases.
The first phase of the project comprises two four-story office buildings measuring 150,000 square feet and a 1,800-space parking lot designed in seven levels. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
