SAN DIEGO-Coldwell Banker Commercial has announced the sale of a commercial building in Vista. Thomas Edward Shaughnessy has sold the 9,482-square-foot building situated at 2443-B Cades Way to IMP Investments LLC for an amount of $921,050.
In the transaction, the seller was represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial's Bob Willingham, David Onosko and Ron King, while the buyer was represented by the firm's Adam Molnar.
