POMPANO BEACH, FL-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale of an industrial property in Pompano Beach. Meli, Inc. has sold the 1831 Blount Rd. property, a 24,450-square-foot building, to DRM Partners for an amount of $2.49 million or about $101 per square foot.
The buyer will occupy part of the property, while a credit-tenant will occupy the other half of the building on a long-term lease. Harry Tangalakis, Lindsay Dekker and Tom O'Loughlin of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
