NEW YORK CITY-Solar Capital, a financial services firm, has leased 19,684 square feet at 500 Park Avenue for 10 years from PPF OFF 500 Park Avenue LLC. The company, which has been subleasing space on the fifth floor of the tower, will now occupy the entire third floor of the 203,000-square-foot building.
