NEW YORK CITY-Dorsey & Whitney, a law firm, is moving from 250 Park Ave. to 51 W. 52nd St. The law firm has leased 70,476 square feet for 15 years from CBS Broadcasting.
The firm will occupy 8th, 9th and 10th floors in the new location. The asking rent for the space was $60 per square foot. In the transaction, Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, and a Jones Lang LaSalle team represented the landlord. For the full story, go to New York Post.
