WASHINGTON, DC-A younger generation of people, those between 15 and 30, actually want to own their own homes, despite what has happened in the economy. This was brought to light at a recent Urban Land Institute conference. An interesting point to the survey, says Patrick Phillips, CEO of ULI, is that young people want homes in the suburbs.
