
NEW YORK CITY-KGK Group has acquired an 11,300-square-foot office condominium at 70 W. 36th Street for $5.1 million. The company will occupy the full sixth floor of the tower to house its headquarters for North America.
Time Equities Inc. is the owner of the 16-story tower, which is currently 25% traded. The tower has leased about 180,000-square-foot office space. Time Equities acquired the tower from SL Green Realty Corp. in March 2007. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
