NEW YORK CITY-L&L Holdings has signed three long-term leases totaling 107,550 square feet for its office tower located at 600 Third Avenue.
Altegrity Inc., an international law-enforcement and security training firm, has signed a 42,764-square-foot lease, while HQ Global Workplaces has inked a 21,382-square-foot lease.
