NEW YORK CITY-Schiff Hardin is moving from 900 Third Ave. to 666 Fifth Ave. in early 2011. The law firm has signed a 10-year lease with the Kushner Companies for 48,164 square feet of office space.
The firm will occupy the entire 16th and 17th floors of the 41-story, 1.5 million-square-foot office building situated between 52nd and 53rd streets. Brokers from CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the owner. For the full story, go to New York Post.
