CHICAGO-Alter Group Ltd. has partnered with two former executives of Fifield Cos. in a bid to construct a new office building in the city. Alter and White Oak Realty Partners LLC are wooing tenants for a 20-story office building proposed at 625 W. Adams St. in the West Loop.
