DETROIT-Bieri Co. and Stokas Realty Advisors have merged to form a new company called Stokas Bieri Real Estate. Jim Bieri and Jim Stokas had been involved in the process for the last six months.
The new company will construct retail centers for specialty and big box retailers. Its offices are located in Detroit and Southfield. Office Depot, TJ Maxx, Yankee Candle, SVS Vision, Yankee Candle and Art Van Furniture are some of the customers of the firm. For the full story, go to Detroit Free Press.
