NEW YORK CITY-New York City officials have approved another hotel project in Brooklyn. New York City Capital Resource Corp. has given approval to grant nearly $15 million in tax-exempt financing to Brooklyn-based Two Trees Management Co., which is preparing to develop a 73-room hotel in Wythe Avenue in Williamsburg.

Another candidate is also seeking approval from the city officials for a retail and catering hall measuring 40,000 square feet in Queens. Officials have scheduled a hearing in December. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
