CHICAGO-A CMBS trustee, CW Capital Asset Management LLC for bearers of commercial mortgage-backed securities has filed nearly $23.2-million foreclosure suit against Washington Pointe. The four-story, 163,623-square-foot office building is located at 535 E. Diehl Road in Naperville.
A notice of the legal proceedings was filed with the DuPage County Recorder on October 13. According to the loan statement, mortgage for the property have not been paid for six months. The $23.2 million loan was obtained in 2006. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
