NEW YORK CITY-Prudential Douglas Elliman VP Harry G. Kendrick is teaming up with sales agent Arthur R. Korant to form a new personal service group, the Kendrick-Korant Team. According to a release from PDE, the duo specializes in personalized client services and unique strategies for Manhattan residential sellers and buyers.
Among those services, the duo offers sellers a detailed analysis of the property and a step-by-step approach toward highlighting the property’s potential appeal, Kendrick says in a release. "In the current real estate market, a little extra effort from the seller can help reach a large number of prospective buyers by allowing future purchasers to imagine their own possessions in a new home."
For prospective buyers, the team offers the Buyer/Property Personality Survey. Korant says in a release, “This helps a property search by assessing home preferences, unique wants and needs and taking into account the key emotions that motivate a buyer's search. This can lead to countless insights for our individual assessment from all available Manhattan properties.”
Dottie Herman, president and CEO of PDE, says the team’s “unique skill sets and innovative assessment tools are a tremendous asset to our firm. I am confident that they will have a very successful future.”
