NEW YORK CITY-New York University has purchased a condo in Toll Brothers' new apartment building located at 303 E. 33rd St. in Murray Hill near the NYU Langone Medical Center and First Avenue or a total amount of $8.95 million.
With this purchase, the school will get a commercial condo. The condo was sold by an affiliate of Toll Brothers and Kibel Companies, KTL 303 LLC. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
