The New York City chapter of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, has announced that Thomas Fink, senior vice president and managing director of Trepp will be speaking at its Nov. 10 breakfast program titled, "View from the Top: What Happened in 2010, Where We Are Today, and What to Expect in 2011."
