DORAL, FL-CM Doral Development Company and Codina Partners have started construction of the Doral City Hall worth $22 million.
The 60,000-square-foot, three-story city hall will sit on a 1.8-acre land located in the Northwest 53rd Terrace and 84th Avenue. It will provide a parking lot for 250 vehicles in Downtown Doral, which is a mixed-use development spanning 120 acres. The building will be constructed based on LEED Silver Standards.
