
BOSTON-Developers are continuing to build new constructions amid a stagnant economy. The Development and Marketing Group has proposed a 100-to-120-room hotel next to the Wyndham Boston Chelsea hotel in Everett Avenue, Chelsea.
Meanwhile, Boston-based Synergy Investment and Development has started a $20 million project on One Webster to construct a 5,000-square-foot retail center and 120 units of rental housing.
