FORT WORTH-Pulte Group, a Michigan-based homebuilder, has purchased a large development site near Interstate 35W at Basswood Boulevard in North Fort Worth. The homebuilder has purchased the 380-acre West Fork Ranch from a charitable trust.
According to Land Advisors Organization, which negotiated the property deal, more than 1,300 home sites could be accommodated in the vacant parcel. The sale was one of the largest land transactions in the Dallas-Forth Worth market since 2007. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
