NEW YORK CITY-Societe Generale SA will relocate its US headquarters from 1221 Avenue of the Americas to 245 Park Avenue in 2013. The French Banker has subleased 442,000 square feet for 10 years from JPMorgan Chase.
The banker will occupy the 3rd through 12th floors in the 44-story, 1.8 million-square-foot building situated few blocks away from Grand Central. The owner of the building is Brookfield Properties.
