NEW YORK CITY-Eric Hadar is negotiating to employ Foster & Partners to design a contemporary tower overlooking Bryant Park on W. 40th St. The new tower will have spaces for residential, hotel and office use.
The Hadar has also inked a deal with CUNY to lease the 50 W. 40th St building measuring 91,000 square feet situated between Fifth and Sixth avenues for 10 years.
