CHARLESTON, SC-Charleston Place, a luxury hotel consisting of 435 rooms in Charleston, South Carolina, has received $80 million financing. Sonnenblick-Eichner Company has organized the loan in behalf of Orient-Express Hotels Ltd.
Charleston Place, situated at 202 Meeting Street in Peninsula District, features two restaurants, 37,000 square feet of banquet and meeting facilities, 57,000 square feet of retail space and 20,000 square feet of spa and fitness center.
