ORLANDO-Orlando-based Marketplace Advisors, Inc. has negotiated the sale of a Poinciana parcel. Fountains at San Remo Court, Ltd. has purchased a 9-acre parcel in Poinciana from Avatar Properties, Inc. for $1,900,000.
