ORLANDO-Realty private equity firm Virtus Real Estate has bought two Florida self-storage assets. The firm has purchased the 119-unit St. Pete Self-Storage at 898 30th Ave. North in St. Petersburg and the 769-unit Assured Self-Storage situated at 510 Douglas Avenue in Altamonte Springs.
The St. Pete Self-Storage valued at $1.3 million has a rentable footage of more than 11,000 square feet. The Assured Self-Storage valued at $5.8 million has nearly 64,000-square-foot rentable footage. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
