WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Men's suit retailer 3 Day Suit Broker has acquired a tower from the Schaub family for $3.5 million, which translates into $240 per square foot.
The clothing retailer was previously a tenant in the 14,637-square-foot tower located on De Soto Avenue in Woodland Hills. The City National Bank has sanctioned the SBA financing to the retailer to fund the transaction. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
