CHICAGO-Bill Gomez, the president of Halsted Street International Inc., has plans to expand its Halsted Street Deli and Johnny Rockets. He is planning to open a Halsted Street Deli sandwich shop in Quaker Oats Plaza situated at 555 W. Monroe St. and a new location for Johnny Rockets in the Gold Coast.
