BALTIMORE-The East Baltimore Community School, a new school located between Patterson Park, Chester Street and Ashland avenues, is slated to open by the fall of 2014.
The school is part of the East Baltimore Development's $40 million project and will feature a 103,000-square-foot building to house classrooms for students from kindergarten to the eighth grade.
