SAN DIEGO-Far East National Bank has sold a former Chicago Title building located at 925 B St. in Downtown San Diego to Virginia Gonzalez for $7.2 million. The office building measuring 64,581 square feet was sold for $13.6 million in 2007 and again resold in October 2009 for $12 million in a public auction.
