SEATTLE-Bank of America has sold a foreclosed office building of Michael R. Mastro by taking a loss of nearly $10 million. An entity affiliated with San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group has purchased the Lake View at Fremont building situated in Seattle for an amount of $19.45 million.

The four-story, 108,000-square-foot office building, located at North 34th Street, is nearly 75% leased. BofA had loaned $30.4 million to Mastro in 2007 to construct the Lake View building. For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
