LOS ANGELES-There are a lot of acquisitions opportunities in the multifamily sector right now, says Gary Goodman, senior vice president of acquisitions for PASSCO. Some of this is taking place because of generous lending from Fannie and Freddie, he says, speaking here at the recent RealShare Apartments 2010 conference with GlobeSt.com's Bob Howard.
