LOS ANGELES-The recent survey conducted by the National Association of Realtors has reported that half of the US metropolitan regions have shown an increase in home prices in Q3 2010 compared to that of Q3 2009. However, remaining metropolitan regions have shown a decrease in prices.
The national median price of existing single-family homes was $177,900 in Q3 2010, a 0.2% decrease when compared to $178,200 in the Q3 2009. Total state existing home sales also decreased 25.3% in Q3 2010. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
