Opportunities Increase in Multifamily Lending

LOS ANGELES-We're still a bit a way from construction loans right now, though, says a Bank of Internet executive.

LOS ANGELES-Multifamily lending is back, says Morgan Ferris, senior vice president of multifamily lending at Bank of Internet. But we're still not ready to see many new construction loans, he admits. Ferris spoke with GlobeSt.com's Bob Howard here at the recent RealShare Apartments 2010 conference.
