NEW YORK CITY-Santa Monica, CA-based Nadeau has inked a lease for three years with the Winter Organization for a 4,300-square-foot retail space at 57 E. 11th St. situated between Broadway and University Place. The store will be opened during Q1 2011.
A storage basement measuring 3,500 square feet was also included in the deal. Asking rents in the neighborhood are between $75 and $100 per square foot. Robert K.
