MAITLAND, FL-NAI Realvest has negotiated the sale of a development site in Poinciana, Osceola County. Coral Gables-based Avatar Properties, Inc. has sold an industrial development site situated at Poinciana Office and Industrial Park on Poinciana Boulevard and US 17-92 to Orlando-based Williams Properties for $300,980.
The buyer has plans to use the site for warehouse/office development. Michael Heidrich and Robert Blackwell of NAI Realvest negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
