PHILADELPHIA-Average units at this Reef tower in the Waterfront Square development sold for $329,000, lower than the original asking price of $470,000 before the recession, according to Philly.com's Joseph N. DiStefano. But Israeli developer Daron Gelfand was happy with selling 29 of 35 units.
