Carlyle/Meridian Pinellas, L.P. is the owner of the facility situated off I-275 and Roosevelt Boulevard in the Gateway submarket of St. Petersburg. In the transaction, Grubb & Ellis|Commercial Florida negotiated on behalf of the owner, while Industrial Realty Solutions, Inc. negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
