INDIANAPOLIS-CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the sale of Scandia apartments in Indianapolis. Irving, Texas-based Scandia Associates has sold Scandia apartments, a 444-unit apartment complex at Allisonville Road and 96th Street, to St. Louis-based Thiemann Real Estate.
The owner listed the 53-acre property for sale in the spring. CB Richard Ellis, which brokered the sale of Grande Reserve at Geist at 11345 Arborview Dr. to Chicago-based Oak Residential Partners, handled the sale of Scandia apartments. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
