NEW YORK CITY-As the Second Avenue Subway is nearing the station, another retailer is moving out from the corner of East 72nd Street and Second Avenue. Falk Surgical Supplies has inked a 12-year lease with St. Tropez Condominium for 3,000 square feet at 64th Street and First Avenue.
The asking rent for the space was $150 per square foot. Dobbs Associates' Candice Dobbs represented the tenant, while Ripco Real Estate's Richard Skulnik and Andrew Mandell represented the owner in the transaction.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
