SAN ANTONIO-Union Square II, a North Central San Antonio office building, has signed a new tenant. Friedrich Air Conditioning is moving its headquarters situated at 4200 Pan Am Expressway to Union Square II.
The local manufacturer has leased 22,000 square feet in the Union Square II office building situated at 10001 Reunion Place.
