
NEW YORK CITY-The French money manager, Natixis is set to occupy 180,000 square feet at 1251 Sixth Avenue in Rockefeller Center. The firm is planning to consolidate its offices located at 1345 Sixth Avenue and 9 West 57th Street, as well as in 1251 Sixth Avenue.
Asking rents are about $70 per square foot. In the transaction, Cushman & Wakefield's Rob Lowe and John Cefaly represented the tenant, while Newmark Knight Frank's Peter Shimkin represented Mitsui Fudosan, the landlord.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
