NEW YORK CITY-Commercial real estate firms are increasingly embracing green despite the setbacks seen in the economy, says Ecological's Grano.

NEW YORK CITY-Not only are commercial real estate firms utilizing green practices and saving money from their measures, green companies will also provide job growth, says Joseph Grano, marketing director at sustainability real estate services firm Ecological. He spoke here recently at the RealShare New York conference with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter.
