NEW YORK CITY-Related Cos., owned by Stephen M. Ross, is on track with its Hudson Yards development project. New York-based Coach, Inc., which is looking for a 600,000-square-foot office space on the West Side, has exchanged papers with Related and other owners in the area.
The Hudson Yards project, which will be developed by OMERS, Related and the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System, sits on a 26-acre site between West 30th-33rd Streets. The development will span 21 million square feet.For the full story, go to New York Post.
