NEW YORK CITY-We still have yet to see a "normal" transaction market. Buyers and sellers still aren't finding much common ground, said John Goldman, managing director of the commercial division at Halstead Properties. But the competition for distress is heating up, he said here recently at the RealShare New York conference during a discussion with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter.
