NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL-Woolbright Development has announced new lease deals at Intracoastal Mall, a 234,000-square-foot center at the northeast corner of N.E. 35th Avenue and 163rd Street in North Miami Beach. Hiro's Yakko-San has leased 4,438 square feet at the center, and it will open the restaurant in December 2010.
