SAN DIEGO-TOR Investments LP has purchased three development sites, which total about 56 acres, for an amount of $2.75 million. The sites are situated at The Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe/Santa Fe Valley.
The seller of the development sites was Starwood-Santa Fe Valley Partners. Ciara Layne, Gunder Creager and David Santistevan of Colliers International negotiated the deal on behalf of the both the buyer and the seller. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
