Cashman and Santa Claus later rappelled down the side of SL Green's 22-story 1 Landmark Square here, helping kick off the 18th annual Heights and Lights festival sponsored by the REIT, which launches the holiday season. More than 200 vistors and local residents attended the Dec. 5 event.
