TEMECULA, CA-Solage Hotels & Resorts, along with an investment group, is eyeing an 80-acre valley in the middle of Wine County, Temecula.
The company is planning to develop a small upscale boutique hotel project after acquiring the valley, which will include two high-end luxury properties.
