CYPRESS, CA-As part of two different transactions, Manhattan Beachwear and Tyr Sport have leased and purchased a total area of 95,000 square feet to expand their operations.
Tyr purchased the Seal Beach building spanning 64,061 square feet for $7 million while Manhattan Beachwear leased an additional 30,000 square feet in Cypress, taking its total occupied area in the city to 113,000 square feet.
