Palo Woods Center
HARBOR CITY, CA-Watt Commercial Properties of Santa Monica has unveiled a $14 million redevelopment of its Palo Woods Shopping Center, designed by Nadel Architects, where L.A. Fitness and Ross Dress For Less have signed leases for more than 73,000 square feet in space that formerly was a Kmart. The center is a nine-acre property at 902-970 W. Sepulveda Blvd., at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Vermont Avenue.
