TAMPA, FL-Colliers International has negotiated a lease deal in Tampa. AllegiantMD has leased 18,951 square feet at the Wachovia Center, a LEED Gold-certified building at 100 South Ashley Drive from Tampa Equities REIT, a partnership between SITQ and USAA Real Estate Company.
The 387,477-square-foot office building is situated in the central business district of Tampa. In the transaction, the landlord was represented by Colliers International Tampa Bay's Claire Calzon, and the tenant was represented by The Viator Company's Ward Viator.
